Shipped an AI fitness product from sandbox to its first 100 users.
100first users, sandbox to production
Context
Fitflow AI existed as a sandbox prototype. To get to production, it needed coordinated dev across two continents, real content captured on a video set, and an admin surface usable by non-engineers.
What I built
I coordinated US and Dutch dev teams, led an on-set video shoot, ran QA and release coordination, and automated the admin-panel UX, video upload, and workout creation. Closed the loop between content, ops, and product.
Outcome
Workout upload: days → 1 hour. First 100 users onboarded. A true 0→1 launch.
