Find the bottleneck.
Most growth and ops problems are misdiagnosed. I spend the first weeks listening to team calls, mapping funnel and processes, identifying the bottleneck or biggest missed growth opportunity.
Five years across growth, product & AI automation: from 0→1 launches to the internal systems that make scale possible.

I'm Anna Valenti. For the last 5 years I've worked across growth, product & AI automation — most recently as Senior Product & Operations Manager at Studocu (Amsterdam, NL · Jul 2026 – Ongoing), where I ran product operations across 6 teams and ~50 workstreams spanning AI study tools, class recordings and agentic study experiences. Before that I led teams at GuestButler, Pionect, Renewtech, Manna / Creative Clicks, YuxMe, and at my own studio, Lumina Studio, shipping 0→1 products & building the internal systems that let companies grow without doubling their headcount.
I move between strategy & the build. I'll write the GTM, set the brand, ship the workflow, hire the team that runs it, then measure whether any of it actually moved the number.
From fractional roles, to client's assignments & full in-house roles, my operating loop looks the same.
Most growth and ops problems are misdiagnosed. I spend the first weeks listening to team calls, mapping funnel and processes, identifying the bottleneck or biggest missed growth opportunity.
I create working pipelines: CRMs that update themselves, content engines that compound, ad accounts under tight CPC, AI agents wired into the tools the team already uses.
Internal tooling, playbooks, hiring, onboarding. Whatever I build is designed to be run by the team with or without me.
Every engagement has one or two numbers we care about. I report against them weekly, in plain language, and kill what isn't working.

Anna is a fantastic thought leader and executor when it comes to all things growth. Her bias for action combined with her understanding of growth dynamics make her a secret weapon when implementing any new growth strategy. She does not just ideate and strategize, but also implements and executes. TL;DR she gets results.
I worked with Anna as her Product counterpart on Studocu's AI products. She joined at a time with many uncertainties and parallel initiatives, where fast action and clear alignment were urgently needed. Within the first month she audited and improved key product dashboards, successfully aligned several groups of key stakeholders, and took ownership of a new growth project. These helped my team and others move our roadmap forward with focus and clarity. Moreover, she's a wonderful thought partner: she challenges assumptions, expands on existing ideas, and suggests concrete next steps. She then goes above and beyond to make sure good ideas can be executed smoothly. Most notably, Anna brings great energy to the team, always smiling and proactive. It's a joy to work alongside her. I couldn't recommend Anna enough to any product team seeking a high calibre Ops manager to help fuel their growth.
Anna joined my team as a Senior Product Ops Manager, with a deliberately open scope across our AI initiatives: to find and scale new growth loops. She was able to quickly turn that ambiguity into structure and results. The clearest example was with our podcast initiative, where she led our efforts end-to-end: from aligning with legal and planning distribution, to optimizing our prompts to reduce our initial AI costs by 80%. She always maintained a clear view on our roadmap, controlled the main KPIs, and communicated clearly with her stakeholders. With high energy, a genuine owner mindset, and a strong bias for action, I can't recommend her enough for building and scaling new ideas.
I first met Anna through her LinkedIn profile, where she posts high-quality content about marketing and automation. After chatting a few times, we had a call during which she gave me some very useful advice on automating marketing processes, especially with regard to reporting and email marketing, which saved me a lot of time that I could then devote to higher-impact tasks. I recommend contacting Anna and her agency, Lumina Studio, to anyone who wants to speed up their business processes.
Anna and I met at AI2Elevate, where her creative drive and clarity immediately stood out. As co-founder of Lumina Studio Marketing, she has been a valuable marketing partner for my other businesses and network, sharing great ideas on automation and AI marketing. Anna brings strong communication skills and effective ways to approach challenges. I highly recommend Anna to open-minded entrepreneurs.
Anna and Martin at Lumina Studio are dedicated automation specialists with deep expertise in marketing. They took the time to truly understand my challenges and delivered a complete solution, helping me automate key parts of my business. Their strategic insight and hands-on support made a real difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking to scale through smart automation!
I had the pleasure of working with Anna during her Embedded Research Project with us. Over the course of several months, she conducted research in a structured and thorough manner within our team. What stood out to me most was her ability to handle challenges effectively. Whether it involved unexpected turns in the research process or coordinating with various stakeholders, Anna remained calm, thoughtful, and solution-oriented throughout. She consistently met her deadlines and approached her work with both enthusiasm and professionalism. Her contribution was not only strong in terms of content, but also made collaboration very enjoyable.
Anna was an incredible teammate and a key part of the content strategy at Manna and Creative Clicks. Her creativity and ability to craft compelling narratives made a huge impact on our campaigns, and she always brought fresh ideas to the table. She made complex topics engaging and digestible for our audience, took feedback exceptionally well, played a crucial role in shaping our content strategy and messaging, and was always open to collaboration. Beyond her skills, Anna is just a great person to have on your team — proactive, thoughtful, and always bringing positive energy. Any company would be lucky to have her!
Anna was an amazing teammate and a huge help when I started at Manna. She guided me through my tasks, making it easy to adapt and get up to speed. She's proactive, always willing to share her expertise, and ready to help whenever needed. On top of that, she's easy to work with and a great collaborator. I'm really grateful for everything she taught me, and any team would be lucky to have her!
Working with Anna was an exceptionally great experience! She joined the team to pick up the work after the previous person unexpectedly left, so Anna faced the challenge of picking up the whole content creation process without any help. She proved to be proactive and very sharp for details. She asked a lot of great questions that not only helped her get deeper into context but also highlighted our blind spots. She also proactively took ownership of processes, which proves her great level of responsibility. As a result, she dramatically improved the quality of our content.
